Winding Way Residence
This project consists of a new single family residence on a pre-graded pad in the foothills above Paradise Cove and Escondido Beach. The proposed residence is designed as a series of elements along an east-west linear spine which parallels Pacific Ocean views and the topography of the pre-graded pad. These elements are composed of enclosed program spaces, exterior open air spaces and semi-enclosed implied spaces. Program includes a primary three car garage, a secondary detached two car garage/shop, a detached studio/guest house, car-port area, open floor plan and a 100′ long linear pool.
