Lindero Canyon Development
This development is located on two adjacent ridgetops overlooking the Conejo Valley and the Country Club Estates Golf Course. The intent is to design a low profile one story estate for each adjacent parcel. The proposed estates are required to fit under an imaginary envelope created by superimposing the original outline of the previously graded ridge. The estates are designed reminiscent of early California Spanish style and Spanish Colonial style.
