Clinton-Keith Center
The project consists of a face lift to an existing commercial retail and office complex in the Temecula Valley. The property consists of two existing structures, one being a single story freestanding building and the second being a two story freestanding building with existing retail on the ground floor and professional office suites above. In addition to the facelift, public spaces on the ground plane are planned for outdoor extensions of existing dining facilities as well as modifications to circulation, stairways and elevators within the two story building. The theme of the new work picks up on the rural context of the Temecula Valley.
